We understand the importance of high quality training and our proven courses deliver the knowledge required to run a successful Silver Wave business.

Our initial franchisee training course provides the detail, knowledge and assurance to set up and run the business, and understand the care sector in which we operate.

Courses for our franchisee's staff give them the solid understanding of their roles within the business and assist greatly in ensuring our franchisees have highly qualified staff trained to deliver the very best home care and support to our customers.

E-Learning

We have recently incorporated a unique award-winning E-Learning training package for care staff, which is available to all franchise offices. This blended approach to training our staff has significantly enhanced the value of the training package available.

Silver Wave has developed new e-learning training program for care workers, which trains staff in a variety of areas including the dementia, infection control and customer care policies of SILWER WAVE which go above and beyond the regulatory standards and requirements.

Silver Wave continued invest in training and support for its staff, including implementing a new e-learning system. The new learning program provides new recruits and current staff with a flexible and blended approach to learning that underpins the high quality service we deliver.
