Training You will receive comprehensive initial training and fast start programme covering all aspects of the SILVER WAVE business systems. On-going training, including coaching, mentoring and updates for both franchisees and their staff and an award winning e-learning program for your care staff. his is where our franchisees will learn about co-operatives and how they can be an excellent form of organization in our sector. -
IT A HP desktop computer loaded with leading care business software, SAGE accounts and payroll package and Microsoft Office will help you to get the best start on your office administration. We will provide one to one training on the care management software and 12 months ongoing support. -
Recruitment Our support teams will assist you with your office search and senior staff recruitment, ensuring you have the right people in your business. -
Licensing The licensing rights to use the SILVER WAVE business systems in your own, defined territory. -
Uniforms To get your care team started we will supply an initial batch of SILVER WAVE staff workwear. -
Literature & Marketing A complete business stationery package including letterheads, business cards, brochures and promotional goods to assist in the marketing of SILVER WAVE in your territory. You will also have access to regular marketing campaigns which can be utilized to promote your business to the community. -
Accreditations & Memberships We will support you with accreditation with care registration authorities and will pay for your first year’s membership of the relevant professional care association. -
Research Our team of business development managers can offer advice and guidance on research in the operating territory and, with our online demographic data tool, enable you to identify the specific location of potential market opportunities. -
Online resources You will have a hosted email service, access to the SILVER WAVE intranet, providing vital information for your business, and your own microsite to promote your business to a digital audience. We will also be able to provide advice and support on the integration of social media platforms for your business. -
The price of the franchise package depends on the territory to be served by the co-operative.
In addition to the franchise package fee start-up costs and working capital will need consideration. Typically the total investment also depends on the size of the co-operative.
